*1. Recent 2-inch color photo (white background)
*2. Scanned copy of passport including photo page and visa page with at least 6 months validity from the submission of the application.
*3. Police Clearance Certificate (issued in recent 6 months).
*4. High school diploma (notarized photocopy in Chinese or English)
Provisional graduation certificate is acceptable upon application, while the official Senior High School Diploma shall be submitted prior to registration at ZCMU.
*5. Transcript for all the courses in senior high school (notarized copy in Chinese/English)

Certificate of deposit, half a year bank statement, balance at least one-year tuition amount. If the account does not belong to the student, a financial guarantee letter signed by the account holder is required.
7. For applicants already in China, study certificate/working certificate is required.
*8. Physical Examination Report (issued in recent 6 months).
Tips:
For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit. If you are a student, you need to provide transfer certificate, leaving certificate, certificate of attendance rate issued by previous school and your current residence permit. - How to Apply
